Thoughts on Consitency
I gotta say, writing this letter today is hard. It’s the first time I really got nothing to write about.
Usually I always discover some interesting content to share with you but this week I simply put my head down and edited, barely spending any time online.
Creating long form interview videos just takes time and I had a little bit of catching up to do after 3 days in Berlin.
The silver lining of it is that this focused editing time made me complete my next interview, with Ben Kaluza in record time. What usually takes 3-4 days was done in just 2. So in total I finished 2 videos since Monday and have 1 experiment in progress (more on that later).
This productivity boost comes from meticulously documenting my workflow over the past month. By building a detailed system, I can start faster, work more efficiently, and know exactly what to work on next. Right now, my notes are still on paper, but I’ll put them in notion soon and would love to share my complete workflow with you.
Until then I hope you enjoy the content below. Your feedback and thoughts are always appreciated!
💛 Valentin
What Can Creators Learn from Athletes?
Being consistent as a creator might be the hardest thing of being a Content Creator. To figure out how to overcome that challenge I called up Lizzie Musa, a professional athlete and TikTok talent where she is know as Ruckstarlizzie.
With her passion for rugby and engaging challenge videos, she's grown to over 100K followers, secured multiple brand deals, and appeared on TV.
Here are three key lessons from our chat.
Get in the Zone
Lizzie emphasizes the importance of focused practice. When starting a new project, she dives in by consistently creating short-form content or writing multiple LinkedIn posts per day. That builds up your muscle for any new field and helps establish a new identity.
Build your Team
The people around her lead to success. Surround yourself with a supportive network. Secure a mentor or coach who can guide your creative journey and seek advice from experienced creators in your field.
Ask people with experience and top players in the field.
Ideas come from Action
Constant action fuels her creativity, If you are struggling to find good ideas, stop trying and do something. From that action ideas will come.
Creativity is Exercise
Her story really showed me how close sports and creativity are. While it’s possible to score a goal by chance, continuous success comes from consistency.

PS: I’m looking for 3 people to preview a new video.
It’s a little Vlog from my trip to Berlin, never really done anything like this. But if you want to see it and give me feedback hit reply.
