The next few weeks are going to be a real test for my consistency.
As of today I’ve been posting a video every week for 15 weeks and since launching the Newsletter over a year ago I haven’t missed a single week.

But over the coming weeks I’ll be traveling around Europe like never before which creates real challenges.

What if you only had 2 hours?

This simple question has shaped many of the videos I’ve made this year and now, that I’m in a season of limited time, it's become even more relevant.

Seriously asking yourself,
What if I only had two hours per week to work on this? 
Can unlock doors you didn't even know existed.

While it seems incredibly restrictive, this question forces you to zero in on what truly matters. I also know how much we’re all struggling to carve out time to be creative and still produce quality work but if needed we can find two hours to move things forward.

For example this question lead me to shift my focus to recording conversations remotely.
I was set on recording in person, thinking it was better. As it turns out recording online is much more convenient, gives me access to a much larger pool of creators and enabled me to streamline my whole workflow.

So while this framework is short and simple it can open up exactly the path you were searching for.
